What To Expect
A free initial consultation is set up with your Coach to determine your goals, expectations and desired timeline for achieving to objectives. This gives your Coach the opportunity to begin the program planning process to maximize your results. Once a desired training package is determined, the client is set up on the Strive Trained app. From here, the first session is scheduled with your Coach based on your availability and your desired training frequency.
During your first session, your Coach will have you complete a series of physical tests to assess your current physical condition. Your Coach will also ask you about your current dietary habits as well as address any previous injuries you may have experienced. An introduction to your fitness game plan will be provided during your first session as well
While training with your Coach, you will be provided with comprehensive instruction in the areas related to exercise technique, conditioning, mobility, core strength, nutrition and movement. Assessment will be conducted on a regular basis to ensure benchmarks are being met. If you are needing a Coach to enhance speed, agility and sport specific skill work, instruction can be completed during your training sessions.
You will be provided with homework from your Coach in order to maximize the impact of your training. Homework consists of supplemental workouts, documenting nutritional habits and mobility work. The Strive Trained app is utilized here to keep track of the successful completion of the homework provided.
