Bike or Skipping (3-5 Minutes)
FOAM ROLLER – Quads: x15 each
FOAM ROLLER – Hamstrings: x15 each
FOAM ROLLER – Lats: x15 each
FOAM ROLLER: Upper-to-Lower Back: x15 each

STRENGTH WORK
Front Squat 5×3

WORKOUT OF THE DAY
6 Rounds
2 Minutes to complete each circuit with rest of 1 minute between sets. If the circuit is not completed, you lose that portion of your rest.

40 Mountain Climbers
5 Pull Ups
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Jack Knifes
