The Strive Football Academy is one of the only football academy programs that kids receive instruction from actual current and former professional / college players and coaches! Strive Fitness and Athletics provides the highest quality, most well rounded year round football development program in southern Alberta. PEE WEE /BANTAM  ACADEMY

The Strive Pee Wee / Bantam Football Development Program designed for the development of contact football league children 10 to 14 years of age. We are dedicated to ensure all athletes involved have a great experience. Instruction is based on the teaching of fundamental strength movements, speed, agility and sprint biomechanics. Improvements in the areas of speed, agility, strength and individual skill will be documented through the use of comprehensive monthly testing.

The Strive Football Development Program features full speed drills and coaching taught by with a staff of professional and college athletes. At Strive, participants are divided according to age, position and ability. Instruction stresses both individual positions and team play with every athlete. Hundreds of our previous football program participants played, or are now playing college and pro football (as represented by our coaching staff).

Speed, Agility and Strength Training Sessions:

Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday (6pm)

Football Skill Sessions:

Saturdays, January 6, 2018 – March 24, 2018 (9am)

 HIGH SCHOOL / MIDGET ACADEMY

The Strive High School / Midget Football program designed for the development of contact football league athletes 15 to 18 years of age. We are dedicated to ensure all athletes involved have a great experience and improve their overall conditioning level. Instruction is based on making large gains in strength, speed, agility and maximizing improvements in sprint biomechanics. Athletes are introduced to Olympic lifting as well as additional tools necessary to prepare them for the next level. The Strive Alberta Flag Football League Academy program designed for the pre-season conditioning of player in the AFFL. We are dedicated to ensure all athletes involved have a great experience and improve their overall conditioning level. Instruction is based on making large gains in strength, speed, agility and maximizing improvements in sprint biomechanics. Improvements in the areas of speed, agility, strength and individual skill will be documented through the use of comprehensive monthly testing.

Monday-Friday, 12 noon, 5pm and 6pm
Cost $150 per month
