The Strive Basketball Academy is one of the only basketball academy programs that kids receive instruction from actual current and former professional / college players and coaches! Strive Fitness and Athletics provides the highest quality, most well rounded year round basketball development program in southern Alberta. The Strive Basketball program consists of both the proven methodology and the state of the art facilities and expertise. Located centrally, the Strive Fitness and Athletics High Performance Training Centre is one of the largest facility of it’s kind housing over 20 olympic lifting platforms, a turf field, full size basketball court, 40 yard track sprint area and of all of the tools necessary to develop the highest quality athlete.

Pre High School

The Strive Pre High School program designed for the development of basketball players  7 to 14 years of age. We are dedicated to ensure all athletes involved have a great experience. Instruction is based on the teaching of fundamental strength movements, speed, agility and sprint biomechanics. Improvements in the areas of speed, agility, strength and individual skill will be documented through the use of comprehensive monthly testing.

Monday and Wednesdays
Cost: $150 per month

 

High School

registerThe Strive High School Basketball program designed for the development of basketball players 15 to 17 years of age. We are dedicated to ensure all athletes involved have a great experience and improve their overall conditioning level. Instruction is based on making large gains in strength, speed, agility and maximizing improvements in sprint biomechanics. Improvements in the areas of speed, agility, strength and individual skill will be documented through the use of comprehensive monthly testing.

Monday-Friday
Cost $250 per month

 

College Prep

The Strive College Basketball program designed for the development of basketball players  18 years of age and older. We are dedicated to ensure all athletes involved have a great experience and improve their overall conditioning level. Instruction is based on making large gains in strength, speed, agility and maximizing improvements in sprint biomechanics. Improvements in the areas of speed, agility, strength and individual skill will be documented through the use of comprehensive monthly testing.

Monday-Friday
$250 per Month
